Job description
Honeybee Construction Ltd is a small local company that specialises in, general construction and reactive maintenance. We are looking for someone with varied skills, and a good knowledge of general building/renovation work/maintenance.
The work is varied as is the location.
You should have:
Basic plumbing knowledge.
Decorating ability.
Basic electrical knowledge(will be no wiring involved)
A good finish is a must with a good eye for detail. Good problem solving ability.
You should be organised and reliable. The job involves most aspects of renovation/ property maintenance and you will be working in the Essex /North London area.
Own van and tools preferred. If nights away are required an agreed fixed bonus will be applied. You must be able to drive and have a driving license.
Cis registered or be willing to get registered is a must.
References will be required. Pay is £16 per hour plus fuel.
