Maintenance Operative
Salary - The starting salary will be £25,431 - £26,680 per annum, depending on qualifications. The maximum job rate potential for this role is £27,930 per annum.
Hours – 40 hours per week
Location – Bury St. Edmunds, with travel around Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

About the role and you:
We are seeking a candidate who is a good all-round general maintenance person, who is energetic, highly motivated and committed to improving young lives. We will provide you with opportunities, challenges and plenty of variety.
Typical duties of the role will include:
Painting and decoration, including repair and preparation
Minor plumbing
Fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment repairs
Glazing repairs
Carpentry to include hanging doors and installing door frames
Fitting plaster board and plastering
Lock changes
Floor laying
Furniture moves
Assisting with Fundraising builds and special projects
