Demipower is the second largest KFC franchisee in the UK and is continuing to grow at pace. It is currently responsible for operating over 110 KFC stores across East Anglia, the Midlands, the South West, Wales and London. KFC is a US owned brand of quick service restaurants serving fried chicken.

Job Functions:
- Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
- Minor plumbing and carpentry including fencing/doors
- Clearing or cleaning general areas
- Shifting furniture or equipment
- Assembling furniture or equipment
- Garden / landscape installation and maintenance
- Footpath / yard maintenance
- Painting and decorating
- Clearing gutters
- Window cleaning internal and external including signage
- Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
- Clean facilities regularly
- Regularly perform maintenance jobs
- Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
- Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shovelling snow)
- Traveling between branches and performing duties
- No direct reports
- Role model for attitude and behaviour for both field and office structure
- Relationship building with Restaurant Management Teams
- Professional conduct
- Finally, your appearance must be smart and clean
- Internal – Restaurant operations field teams
- Internal – District Manager & Regional Manager
- External – Facilities and maintenance contractors
- Ability to resolve problems and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
- Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance workers

- Able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must have own transport to travel between locations to complete jobs around region e.g. a van
