Our high-profile clients, with a stunning residence in West Sussex, are seeking an experienced and confident Live-out Maintenance Person to assist in their residence.
The ideal candidate for this role will be discreet, flexible, proactive, and have good communication skills.
Duties include - but not limited to:
- Use of Lutron, AV & Crestron systems
- Light DIY (plumbing, electrical work etc)
- Pool maintenance
Candidate Requirements:
- Be local to the area (Horsham district)
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to work with animals
- Previous private house experience is a bonus
Location: West Sussex
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Hours TBC
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 pa Gross DOE
Leave: 21 days plus bank holidays
