Job description
MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE
Location – Buttercrane Shopping Centre, Newry
Hours of work – 40 hours per week
Hourly rate – £9.50 per hour plus £100 joining fee
The main purpose of the role for the external cleaning operative is to ensure that their allocated area is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Maintaining designated external areas
Segregation of waste
Emptying & cleaning waste bins
Litter picking
Use of machinery
No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
Must be fully flexible
Full UK driving licence required with licence to trail
