Role Summary

To support our missions a Maintenance Operative primary purpose is to contribute to an effective manufacturing process through timely and proper maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and environmental systems across the site. This includes inspecting, cleaning, repairing, painting, and replacing equipment and components as needed.

Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operability of facilities and equipment. This includes inspecting and maintaining facilities, equipment, and grounds; being reliable with a keen eye for detail is crucial to meeting the demands of the duty.

This role best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. Day-to-day duties can involve a substantial amount of manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting. Having a good range of mobility is important to ensure you can work safely within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.

To fulfil the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

This role is a full-time permanent position working on a shift rotation of 4-on/4-off, (0600-1800hrs).
