Job description
Salary: £33,830.81 per annum plus bonus and Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Location: Whitmarsh Lane, Chineham, RG24 8LL

What you'll be doing;
- Drive mobile plant to manage the waste reception areas and load vehicles for outward waste transport
- Carry out routine & basic maintenance of mobile plant, including oil and water checks etc, reporting defects found
- Receive deliveries of process consumables
- Assist with on-site traffic management and site housekeeping
- Operate overhead travelling refuse cranes
- Operate weighbridge & plant maintenance computer systems
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers, on and off site
- Support operations and maintenance colleagues as required
- Compliance with company environmental, health and safety procedures and statutory requirements
- Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management
What we're looking for;
- Capability for independent leadership of a small team within a complex environment
- Ability to operate, or train to operate, a variety of mobile equipment and fixed plant
- Familiarity with health & safety procedures
- Experience within an engineering or continuous process environment
- Current mobile plant and fork truck driving qualifications
- Familiarity with environmental procedures
