This is an excellent opportunity to bring your experience of supervising a variety of construction professionals and apply this in a capacity relating to insurance repairs.
The Repairs Manager will be responsible for ensuring that repair schedules are being followed and are fit for purpose, whilst ensuring subcontractors are completing work on time and to building regulation standards.
Our client is one of the largest insurance companies across the UK and overseas, and are responsible for the timely and thorough management of claims in the customer’s time of need. They have an excellent reputation for promoting internal development as well as operating with a customer first mentality.
Repairs Manager - Role & Responsibilities
Ensure subcontractors are completing work on time and to a high standard
Understanding repairs schedule and managing the projects individually
Confirm the work is being completed
Prepare scope documents and cost estimations
Other ad-hoc duties relative to the role
Repairs Manager - Skills & Requirements
Experienced manager or supervisor of subcontractors
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of building regulations
Solution building mindset
