We are working exclusively with a major player within the ingredients sector, who are growing and part of a larger group, in the search for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in North Norfolk. This role will see you coordinate maintenance at site and ensuring assets and facilities are maintained to the standards required.
The person that will be successful as the Maintenance Manager will be:

As a company, they’ve been operating for over 150 years and within their sector and are in the top 10 in both world and European capacity sales. Privately owned and well invested in, the company employees 260 people with a turnover of £125M. They are working toward an expansion, a large amount of capital projects and also some acquisition. This role could grow in a number of ways with the business with potential for it to progress into a group wide position.
The experience you will need is:
· A background within manufacturing, ideally within food
· Have an established background in engineering leadership
· Strong working knowledge around Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems
· A degree qualification, similar vocation or be time served
· Ideally you will be multiskilled
Some of the key responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager are:
· Lead and develop a team of electrical and mechanical engineers. Ensuring that industry best practice is adhered to
· Allocating tasks and ensuring preventative maintenance process are completed and documented
· Develop and update maintenance procedures appropriate for current and new assets
· Carry out inspections of the assets and facilities to identify and resolve issues
· Plan and oversee repair and installation activities
· Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
· Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
They are offering the successful candidate £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus a sizeable bonus, car or car allowance, health care and other exciting benefits!
