House-person/Maintenance, Chelsea

UHNW family in SW3 require an experienced House-person/Maintenance person to maintain excellent standards in their large private residence.

Duties to include:

• Looking after the outdoor areas, keeping them clean, tidy and well maintained
• General maintenance such as changing air filters, light bulbs, clearing drains and gutters
• Organising stock and storage areas
• Minor decorating and repairs
• Assisting with moving and carrying large items
• Assembling furniture and other items
• Cleaning of cars
• Managing plant room equipment.

Applicants must have:

• Extensive maintenance experience within an UHNW private environment
• Good knowledge of Creston, Lutron and AV/IT equipment
• Experience with electrics and plumbing - capable of performing minor repairs
• Flexibility to work some weekends and long shifts when required during busy periods

£55,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
