Job Description

We are looking for several, experienced, multi-skilled operatives. You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential reactive requests for our social housing clients.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in general building including plumbing, joinery, general building, tiling, plastering
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance
• Full UK driving license
• Good communication and customer service skills
• IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices
• Good time and diary planning skills
• Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

• Housing Repair & Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
