Job Description
We are looking for several, experienced, multi-skilled operatives. You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential reactive requests for our social housing clients.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in general building including plumbing, joinery, general building, tiling, plastering
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance
- Full UK driving license
- Good communication and customer service skills
- IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices
- Good time and diary planning skills
- Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
