Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or Building Services Engineer

We're adding to our team of experienced Engineers at our site in London, SE1.

Working days only pattern, Monday to Friday, in a static position in Lambeth, close to Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, Vauxhall and bordering areas.

- Monday - Friday (08:00-17:00 / 40 hours per week)

General Duties include (not limited to):

• Daily PPM's and reactive works'.
• Perform maintenance and remdial repair on mainly Mechancial assets however you will be required to have a good level of understanding of Electrical systems, equipment and associated plant.
• Providing informative and exceptional customer service
• Report logs accurately on PDA device (mobile phone) and other associated admin as required.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 Mechanical related City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent - Essential.
• l8 Legionella
• 2-3 years Facilities Maintenance experience - Essential.
