Job description
MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS (2-4)
Salary: £38,480 (inclusive of shift premium)
Hours: 40 hours per week on a 3xshift working pattern (day, back and night shift)

Responsible for carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance on range of equipment and tooling
· Ensure that both internal and external customer requirements are met
· Be proactive in improving existing processes to prevent equipment/tooling breakdowns
· Continually improve process, product and delivery performance, with the objective of improving
the service provided by the Maintenance department and meeting departmental KPI’s
· Adhere to and ensure safe working practices at all times
· Perform equipment repair in a timely and cost effective manner
· Complete equipment Preventative Maintenance on time
· Ensure adherence to Quality Systems (ISO and TS systems)
· Ensure housekeeping is in good order and 5S standards are followed consistently

Skills/experience required:
· Level 3 city and guilds Qualification with HNC and HND
· 18th addition
· PLC experience Allen Bradley or siemens
· Pneumatic experience
· Hydraulic experience
· Electrical/mechanical fault finding
· Able to read detailed mechanical/electrical drawings
· PPM/ TPM experience
· Good computer skills
· Good communication skills Not essential but desirable:
· Hydraulic experience and background in a manufacturing environment
· Robot experience
