Are you a passionate O&M Engineer, looking for an exciting new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a O&M Engineer to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their Sales team.
The business are market leaders within the renewable energy sector working and supporting clients all over the country to advise design, build and install their renewable energy sources
Principle Responsibilities for the O&M Engineer :-
· To perform reactive maintenance on all company managed assets across multiple sites across the U.K
· Reviewing and monitoring assets on a weekly basis as well as occasional weekend checks.
· Identify, respond and diagnose existing and new faults with any equipment, taking a careful and proactive approach to company property.
· To identify any room for improvement, create an analysis of each site to determine efficiency.
Person specification:-
· Must have 2+ years of experience within Solar / PV / Wind Turbine maintenance and repair.
· Full U.K license is essential to travel to and from customer sites.
· Fantastic customer service skills, as well as verbal and written communications skills.
· A problem-solving approach to any faults, a hands-on practical approach to work.
· Flexibility for overtime and weekend visits to check upon company managed assets.
This is a full time permanent O&M Engineer position, 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work, offering an annual salary of £30,000 - £40,000 plus annual company benefits to include a 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
