£40,000 – $45,000 DOE
Summary
CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with a successful and person centred care homes group in looking for a Regional Facilities Manager.
Overview
As the Maintenance & Compliance Manager you will run the entire RPM & PPM function across 14 care homes in the North West region, including driving significant growth whilst complying with company processes and procedures. Ensuring building and environments meet a high standard and initiate a pro active schedule of future works. You will also monitor maintenance standards including the performance of homes maintenance staff and external contractors at each of the homes.
You will need to have relevant FM experience within the care sector. The company's success stems from consistent quality provided by the staff and you would be no exception.
You will have accountability for all aspects of delivery including H&S, Business Development (Premises), and Operational. You will lead and project manage any small to medium Capital Projects required and directly manage 2 other Regional Maintenance & Compliance Managers.
Essential Criteria
Experience in a similar role within care or a highly regulated sector
Driving Licence
Organisation and attention to detail
