Restore PLC has an exciting opportunity to join the team in our Bilston site in Wolverhampton. If you’ve got experience in admin roles, fantastic, however, experience isn’t required.
So long as you’re a team player, able to handle a relatively physical role whilst being reliable and organised with a good eye for detail, you’ll easily be able to get up to speed.
As a Mailroom Operative your main responsibilities will be sorting mail without our mailroom area, this role can be quite physical as you will be lifting some boxes and will also be standing for periods of time. The role will also involve quality checking work and some data input. Full training will be given.
You will be working to a high level of accuracy and liaising with section leaders to understand customer requirements and ensuring workloads are managed efficiently, effectively, and that Restore Digital objectives are met
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow guidelines and procedures for processing documents
- Sorting Mail within our mailroom production environment
- Work well as a team to achieve our volume targets and all quality standards

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
