Responsibilities
Correctly brief and debrief drivers
Correctly relaying of notes for deployment
Accurately pass over any issues to the correct departments for
Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries
Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services
Consistently updating all spreadsheets including
Reporting of any vehicle defects or breakdown from daily vehicle & walk around checks
Checking with drivers and uploading for driver's availability for overtime
Requirements
Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain enhanced DBS
Computer literate
1 years' experience in a similar role
Shift Options
Monday to Friday 05.00 to 14.00
Monday to Friday 06.00 to 18.00
Tuesday to Friday 10.00 to 18.00 and Saturday 06.00 to 18.00
Benefits
£12.25 per hour
Weekly pay on Friday's
