A very friendly working atmosphere, the business is moving shortly to King's Lynn and has been operating for over 60 years, undertaking high quality work, both milling and turning on twin spindle driven tooling machines, and machining centres with 4 axes.

Skilled CNC Machinist - Miller or Turner, Programmer / Setter / Operator / Hands-on Engineer.
Location: King's Lynn
Salary: £32,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and ability.
We are seeking experienced CNC machinists ideally with both milling and turning experience (but candidates with either, or are encouraged to apply), Programing / Setting and Operating, ideally with a background in the Aerospace or other high precision CNC machining industry. Ideal candidates would be time served with experience in both batch production and prototype work, knowledge of working with difficult to machine materials would be useful. The ability to program Fanuc / ISO G code based control systems or Fanuc i-Guide is essential, the ability to plan and programming jobs on driven tooling lathes, and or Mills with 4 axes would be advantageous. Younger candidates with less experience who are enthusiastic and keen to learn are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate for role will have:-
Experience working in a high precision engineering environment.
Ideally have the ability to program and set driven tooling lathes and / or machining centres with 4 axes.
Experience manufacturing tight tolerance parts on modern CNC machinery and in difficult to machine materials.
Experience working in an ISO 9001 quality control environment, i.e. Aerospace, Medical etc.,
A good sense of humour + ability to work as a team member.
The right candidate/s will receive a salary of between £32,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience and ability), with the option of a company private medical insurance scheme. Standard working hours are 8 hour day shifts.
