Job description
Responsibilities on a day to day basis for this role include: processing of invoices for claims payments and ensuring these are correct, liaising with the claims team to solve problems with claims invoices, ensuring payees of claims are correct and accurate information is provided, providing feedback to the claims manager on issues and discrepancies picked up while doing duties.
Main job missions:
- Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Claims payment Process.
- Helping to ensure that claims are paid in a timely manner enhancing the reputation of Opteven.
- Providing help with general administration tasks in the Finance department.
- Be a proactive member of the team.
Required qualifications for this role:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn how to use new systems quickly and efficiently.
- Confident speaking to customers and dealers on the phone and communicating with them via email.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
