THE ROLE:
A Multi skilled machine operator is a technical expert who fully operates the equipment in a designated zone, and in full compliance with all Aimia policies and procedures.
They ensure that their line works to its optimum condition and the site quality standards, with accurate documentation and material reconciliation.
As a key team member, they support the Area Leaders, Owners and Shift Managers in the delivery of performance and resolution of issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have an aptitude for operating high speed equipment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.

Weekend Shifts 06.00am - 18.00pm

Salary Range:
Area Leader £20.43 per hour
Area Controller: £18.95 per hour
Operator: £16.40 per hour
Team Member: £15.48 per hour
