- £10.42 p/h with £49.49 shift allowance making total of £24,247.08 per annum
This is a permanent day shift role, with the hours of work set at: Monday to Thursday 3PM - 12AMFriday 11AM - 3PM
THE BUSINESS
Westray Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced finishing operator to work for our client on a permanent day shift basis. Due to the company location it will prove advantageous for candidates to hold their own transport.

THE ROLE
- Ensure documented pre-start checks are undertaken
- Efficient and safe production methods adhered to at all times
- Accurate reporting of deviations and resolved with team leader
- Liaise with Engineers regarding breakdowns of equipment to ensure minimum downtime
- Contribute to daily production targets
- Loading and unloading of machinery
- FLT loading and unloading as required
- Seeking “Continuous Improvement” through innovation and generation of new ideas
THE PERSON
- Experienced at following verbal and written process
- Computer literate with accurate data inputting skills
- FLT certificate of competence
- Proven ability to working with production machinery
