Job description
Staff365 are actively sourcing experienced semi-skilled machine operators from either an automated or FMCG background and ideally who have worked within a manufacturing or production environment.
Pay rate: £12.20 days/afters £13.50 nights with overtime available.
This is permanent role with our client
Our client is looking for individuals who have past operating experience but with a desire to learn new skills and operations. With the machinery onsite being not only bespoke but extremely sophisticated we are keen to speak with candidates who have a solid understanding of balancing quality with quantity.
Key duties will include:
Being responsible for not only production levels and hitting targets but also liaising with maintenance to identify and rectify any common faults.
Safely operate and monitor production output from bespoke automated machinery.
Quality check finished products.
Record and report any issues.
Complete relevant production paperwork and enter information correctly using the company’s bespoke system.
Hours Of Work: Rotating Shift Patterns, Days (6am – 2pm) Afters (2pm – 10pm) and Nights (10pm – 6am, shift allowance for Nights)
