Put a LIFT in Your Career! Hyster-Yale Group, (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for 2 Production Operators within our Cylinders department at our facility located in Craigavon, Northern Ireland.
HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. The main responsibility of these roles is to maintain a high level of quality, to produce the expected output required and maintain a good standard of housekeeping.
- Applicants must have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to work within a team environment.
- Candidates will be expected to work a 3 shift pattern. (early / Late / Night) on a 3 week rotation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Able to operate CNC Fanuc Controls and offset adjustments
- Work to Eng tolerances with the work cells
- Able to Flex between machining cells during the shift
- Use of Imperial and Metric gauging ie digital verniers / manual micrometer’s
- Adhere to 5s standards.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
- Have at least 2 years’ proven background in CNC machining
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and the use of engineering tooling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
The ideal candidate will also meet the following desirable criteria:
- Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word plus general computer skills
- Working knowledge of Cylinders processes
