Job description
Great opportunity to work as a Food Production Operative/Picker/Packer for third generation family business, Adlington Ltd, Balsall Common.
We are seeking dynamic individual to help us manufacture, pick and prepare orders for dispatch to multiple customers on a daily basis. Offering general day to day support to ensure the production teams run smoothly.

The candidate will confidently work well as part of a team and also independently, with excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
Car owner or access to reliable lift share essential as no public transport to site.
You will have a flexible approach to work with a willingness to learn. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
