With nearly 2 billion under management globally this fund has an impeccable track record investing in businesses across a variety of industries. With an approach that supports and collaborates with the existing management team, this role will provide you with hands-on exposure to management boards across a variety of sectors.
We are looking for a candidate from the Corporate finance space with extensive M&A knowledge and exposure to Accelerated M&A work. The ideal candidate would be from the big 4 or a leading CF boutique firm and be a qualified accountant.
What makes this role stand out other than the fact it is within the Private Equity space, is the ability to get involved in both deal side due diligence coupled with Portfolio Management of the fund's active investments. Due to this, the successful individual will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence and lead in challenging situations.
Skills and Responsibilities:
· Preparing pitches & investment memorandums.
· Previous deal due diligence experience.
· Financial Modelling. (Advanced Excel Skills required.)
· The ability to deal with multiple demanding projects at one time.
· The flexibility to travel overseas as and when required.
· An investment mindset are required as well as a passion for success.
· Previous experience of financial research and the ability to present your findings in a clear analytical and commercial way.
· A previous track record of assessing special situations investment opportunities and a mindset, that allows you to identify the possible issues and promptly make recommendations to rectify them.
· An active interest in protecting the downside risk for the investment firm.
· As well as a financial restructuring background an active network of contacts within the industry is highly desirable. This fund is not looking for a work originator but someone who enjoys networking and building relationships with other professionals in this space.

Salary: £85,000.00-£115,000.00 per year
