Our internship cycles are as follow: Start date* Duration* Application Spring Internship January – June 2024 6 months here Summer Internship May – October 2024 6 months here *Flexibility in start and end dates to accommodate university timetables Job Description Successful candidates will support deal teams with a wide variety of tasks around our M&A advisory mandates. In particular, an Intern Analyst’s work will typically cover the following: Conduct research and analysis for: Target profiles Industry analysis Potential buyer profiles Comparable listed companies valuation Comparable transactions valuation Assist drafting of important pitch documents and marketing materials Pitch books for potential transactions Marketing documents for mergers and acquisitions mandates, such as teasers, information memorandums and management presentations Attend meetings with clients and counterparties, and prepare concise, insightful notes on the meeting Job Qualifications We are interested in candidates who meet the following criteria. Prior experience in finance or banking is highly desirable. Priority will be given to candidates in their final year at university or post-graduate study, fresh graduates or candidates with prior work experience.
