PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support and assist the Merchandising Team to ensure the brand values/messages are maintained and are consistent in store.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- POSM and novelties order management.
- Support the store teams with ordering of merchandising items.
- Support the visual merchandising head office team by doing West-End/Flagship store visits to uphold visual merchandising and maintenance standards.
- Support the VM Executive to raise PO’s and dealing with supplier invoices.
- Support the VM Executive with monthly VM guidelines.
- Help the VM Executive with setup of new counter/boutique openings.
- Small project management within budget.
- Maintain and update the lightbox and video database.
- Manage maintenance requests from store teams and AM’s as per budget allocated.
- Monthly competitor analysis.
