Sales agents are expected to earn between £30,000 - £60,000 per year, based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with our clients to offer tailored villa stays and keep our guests booking year after year.
  • Handle villa rental enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client queries and concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with property managers and owners, negotiate booking rates and up-sell extras.
  • Work collaboratively with the USA sales to achieve company goals.
  • Utilise our CRM system to organise your leads and collect valuable customer data.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality based roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Confident with mathematical calculations.
