We are looking for someone who is luxury fashion and omni-channel obsessed who wants to go on the most exciting growth journey of their career. A once in a life time opportunity to run and scale the sales, people and operational side of our retail business. You will be a data led person who loves managing people and an exceptional seller. Someone who is analytical, strategic and can put in place good systems to support growth. We are looking for someone to join us for the long term and for you to grow the role and in turn build out a bigger team beneath you.

You would be a warm people person with a deep understanding of what it takes to grow luxury sales through physical retail and clientelling. Someone is very operational, an excellent problem solver and who thrives in a fast paced environment with at least 5 years of previous relevant luxury experience to join our amazing team. You must have an excellent knowledge of luxury designer brands and a keen eye for "hot product" is a must. You must have a twinkle in your eye and enjoy socialising with our much loved clients.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for someone who can run and scale the sales, people and operational side of our Chelsea store. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fabulous, hard-working team. You will be a central cog in the Sign machine working from the shop floor in our Chelsea store and overseeing everything with a keen and critical eye. You will be in charge of ensuring we sell as much stock through the business as possible as efficiently as possible. From driving in the right product to getting it sold.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic & sales

  • Setting and hitting store KPIs
  • Store data manipulation and reporting weekly in the company wide meetings and providing strategic analysis to the wider team
  • Building a team of clientellers on the shop floor
  • Work with marketing to define a customer acquisition & retention strategy & oversee in-store marketing initiatives
  • Driving ecom sales and working inter-departmentally to ensure a cohesive omnichannel business
  • Work with other senior leaders in the business to define the strategy on what product to take & ensure quick sell through

Team management

  • Day to day management of the store team all HR and hiring
  • Line managing both the store & customer service team

Operations - the store is very operational!

  • Oversee all of the store operations and delicating all the tasks for the day
  • Oversee movement of stock between store and our warehouse
  • Problem solving everything across: HR, customer, process and omnichannel

REPORTING TO:

CEO

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ Years in Retail Management or similar
  • Proven track record of growing retail sales
  • Great with numbers, reporting, data & process
  • Direct, clear and warm communicator
  • Excellent organiser, leader, manager and motivator
  • Loves a fast paced environment and is a calm problem solver
  • Great people skills with a focus on going over & above for clients
  • Experience in an omnichannel environment
  • A desire to remain and grow with the company
  • A love of luxury, good knowledge of current trends and a discerning eye
  • Someone who loves to create a fun working environment

Working days: 4 days in the week and 1 weekend day.

Salary + Company wide sales bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £38,000.00 per year
