A contemporary, cutting-edge Luxury Fashion brand is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. This will be a hybrid role between already existing concession and new flagship boutique located in Mayfair, London.

As a Sales Associate of the brand your role will entail actively contributing to the store sales by providing a remarkable service to all clients.

You will also support and expand the awareness of the brand by actively representing it.

MISSION

• Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service
• Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships
• Maintain a professional and fun working environment
• Keeping up to date with fashion trends and competitors
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support and assist your colleagues
• Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador at all times
• Maintain organisation, grooming and appearance standards, whilst respecting guidelines
• Actively support management with key in store processes to ensure compliance and standards

PROFILE

• Experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail (preferred, not a requirement)
• Product sensitivity and a strong market/fashion trend knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative and open minded
• Commitment to take part in innovative projects
• Someone who thrives working as a member of a team
• Willingness to learn and improve
