Job description

We are looking for caring and committed people to join our happy team of lunchtime staff.

As a member of our lunchtime team, you will contribute to ensuring positive lunchtimes for our pupils and will be responsible for:
* Overseeing pupils eating their lunches
* Overseeing games and positive play in the playgrounds/field/outdoor areas
* Overseeing indoor activities in the classrooms in the event of wet weather
* Assisting with enhanced cleaning of the school either before or after the lunch duty.

The contract is offered on a fixed term basis in the first instance until 31 August 2024. Working hours will be 11.55 – 13.10 during term time plus some INSET day training.

Casual Lunchtime staff are also required to help out on an 'as and when needed basis'.

You must be self-motivated, committed and have: * experience of working with children * knowledge of playground games * an ability to maintain a healthy and safe environment * a sense of humour.

In addition, you will be expected to support our Church School ethos.
