Luggage Porter

We are now recruiting a Luggage Porter to join our amazing Concierge Team on a full-time basis.
Working 40 hours per week, shifts.
Weekend and bank holiday working is required.
Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every visit an occasion for our guests. As a Luggage Porter you will assist the Concierge and the Front of House team in ensuring our guests receive the warmest five star welcome. You will play a vital part in ensuring our guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive to their departure. As Hall Porter you will assist with luggage and guest queries and provide information such as local tourism and transport information. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop and to gain invaluable customer service skills in a busy and varied five star environment.
Have enthusiasm, dedication and a passion for people.
- Have excellent customer care and communication skills.
- The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be very well presented and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a Front of House role is desirable but not essential.
- A valid full driving licence is required.
