We have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Marketing Executive in our M&S Connect Loyalty Team.
In this role you will support the briefing, delivery and reporting of customer communication activity across Sparks and our Financial Services products.
You’ll be part of a team that delivers relevant, targeted communications, driving customer engagement; enhancing the Sparks loyalty programme and expanding the reach of the Financial Services portfolio.
What you'll do- Supporting the development and delivery of the Connect communications strategy
- Leading on small-mid sized campaigns
- Supporting with the generation of emails using the new Email Design System (EDS) and updating site content using our CMS
- Ensuring all communications align to the M&S/Sparks/Financial Services brand guidelines and are approved by relevant partners
- Reviewing and reporting on campaign results, identifying and proposing continuous improvements
- Forming strong relationships across all the Connect teams
- Introducing key trends from loyalty outside the retail industry
- Prior CRM experience, preferably with familiarity of being hands on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Data literate with an analytical mindset
- Prior experience of briefing and working with agencies
- Prior retail, loyalty and/or financial services experience
- Customer-centric, with a good degree of commerciality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excellent written / brief writing skills
- Ability to run multiple projects and prioritise workload accordingly
