We are looking for a hard working, positive and passionate mixologist to join our bar team part time.
Experience is not essential, however an eye for detail, willingness to learn and ability to work fast paced is.
About the role;
* Part time - approx 18 hours per week.
* Hours: Tuesday 3pm - close (10:30pm), Saturday 11:30am - 3, 4 - close (10:30pm)
* Prepping and stocking up the bar, making syrups and infusions.
* Ensuring the bar is clean, tidy and well organised at all times.
* Working fast paced during service hours to ensure that customers receive high quality drinks in a short time.
* Maintaining the restaurants reputation by being well presented and providing nothing but the highest quality service and products.
*Polishing glasses and maintaining bar cleaniliness
We are a very young team here at Bonsai and we pride ourselves on delivering only the highest quality product and service as well as a high energy experience.
This is not an easy role. The days can be long and the evenings are fast paced but it is a great learning and working environment for someone willing to put the graft in.
We are looking for someone, positive, hard working, willing to learn and adapt to suit the needs of the bar. We are firm believers that experience can be outweighed by enthusiasm and so if you're great at taking instructions and learn quickly but have little experience, please do not be afraid to apply.

Salary: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
