Our beautiful property is looking for a Lounge Bar Supervisor to join our family and provide our guests with outstanding levels of service.
The shift pattern for the role is from 2:30pm – 11:00pm.
Salary for this position is up to £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (including service charge) plus incentives and paid overtime.
Your main responsibilities as a Lounge Bar Supervisor are setting up tables; taking orders for our wonderful guests; providing 5 star exceptional service; making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.

What are the Key responsibilities of the Lounge Bar Supervisor?
- Leading and motivating the Food & Beverage Assistant team to deliver all aspects of food and beverage service
- Strong attention to detail and managing the presentation of all areas under control both front and back of house
- Managing of rotas, weekly timesheets and holiday allocation
- Conducting Food & Beverage Assistants one to one's and appraisals
- Planning food and beverage promotions across the year and succession planning
