BriteVox helps raise money for good causes throughout Great Britain.
A new permanent role is being created to administer lotteries.
A proportion of the work may be able to be carried out from home.
Duties will include
- Manipulation of banking data to upload into the lottery platform
- Accounting data entry
- Running lottery system reports
- Reconciling banking information
- Sending letters and other clerical work
Essential Skills
- Excellent IT skills are required.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills; you must be able to co-ordinate a number of tasks at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload without supervision.
- Ability to work confidently on your own; we have a small team who work remotely, so you will be working on your own for periods of the day.
Experience
- Essential - Experience in an administrative, bookkeeping or data input roles.
- Essential - No criminal record.
- Experience in a position of trust in relation to cash handling an advantage.
- Experience of Sage, Xero or other accounting packages an advantage.
- Previous lottery administration experience an advantage.
