Customer Service Assistant - Liverpool

£10.68 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person who can bring a passion for excellent customer service to this exciting venue. A vacancy has opened up for a 16 hours per week (minimum contract) Customer Service Assistant, with more hours available to cover absences and holidays.

Opened in February 2003, FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology) is one of Liverpool's leading media arts centres. The centre offers opportunities for the community to be inspired by and engage with creative technology, art and film. **Picturehouse Liverpool **is a central component of FACT and our film programme is a broad and curated range of quality mainstream, indie, family, foreign language and documentary films. We champion classic or contemporary independent thinking films, providing a quality cinema experience to our diverse and inclusive audience.

In addition to a diverse programme of films, Picturehouse Liverpool also shows live HD broadcasts of productions from world-class arts venues, such as the New York Metropolitan Opera and the Royal Opera House, theatre productions such as the Royal Shakespeare Company Live from Stratford-upon-Avon and National Theatre Live, art exhibitions and filmmaker Q&As.

Please note there is a requirement to work 16 hours per week over any of the seven days with regular work at evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling
