Job description
We're looking for a self-motivated C+E Truck Driver to join the team. We work with a variety of clients and schedule deliveries around the clock. The ideal candidate is experienced with truck safety, runs a tight ship and can be trusted to work independently. Our company provides competitive compensation and benefits, so we are looking for experienced professionals with a good driving record that have a proven track record of performance as well as excellent attendance. Delivery all over UK. Including store delivery in Scotland only. Rota 4on 4off, 5on 2 off plus ovetimes. Tramping required.
Responsibilities:
Drive a truck.
- Use a truck to deliver goods.
- Drive in inclement weather such as heavy rain; drive at night; drive in snow; drive on winding roads; drive in urban areas.
- Move and position objects using a manual or powered device.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues (from the company) through writing and verbal communication.
- Deal with difficult customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £180.00-£220.00 per day
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
