Our Operations Team continues to grow, and we are very excited to be adding a new role of a Logistics Transportation Analyst. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving improvement in both delivery and return of our products. This will involve setting, capturing, and monitoring KPI's of our 3PL warehouses and carriers. The person will possess strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team. These traits must be combined with high levels of enthusiasm and problem-solving capabilities.

What will you do:

  • With customer centric approach provide support for management to drive vendor and partner performance.
  • Maintain day-to-day activities to complete return to sender (RTS) shipments and delivery triggers process (POD), distribute weekly reports to communicate the status of these processes.
  • Support system updates to accommodate new shipping services and carries to update ERP with SCAC codes.
  • Verify, validate and implement the completion through POD and maintain weekly status reports.
  • Build and maintain documentation related to reverse logistics, including tracking of returned products, disposition decisions.
  • Coordinate customer undeliverable orders back to Meraki warehouses and liaise with relevant teams for subsequent return order processing.
  • Manage shipment exceptions and design reports, create metrics to find opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implement and sustain procedures of logistics flows, investigations, and systems.
  • Work with customer service, supplier, and other internal teams to quickly establish root causes and to find countermeasures against issues identified by customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as finance, inventory or logistics teams to maintain and improve processes related to RTS and POD.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and reliability of RTS and POD management processes, actively pursuing opportunities to drive better results.
  • Own and maintain scorecards by introducing and using analytics on delivery/carrier performance.
  • Through analytics, understand trends and liaise with freight management teams to develop plans enhancing customer experience.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree is required.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience working within a fulfilment, warehouse and/or a logistics team.
  • Experience with shipping, carriers, forwarders and reverse logistics.
  • Strong Excel skills are required with SQL being a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics GP, Carriers portals and data export sites or other ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with multi-functional teams.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
