Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced sales professionals ideally with a good understanding of the property market. Investment sales experience is preferred but not essential. Successful applicants will join our direct sales team within the Investor Relations department. As an Investment Broker at Acorn, you will be responsible for engaging with potential investors and presenting them with our compelling property development investment opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our ongoing expansion.
Responsibilities:
· Contact warm sales leads who have expressed interest in fixed-rate investments and property-backed investments with capital growth potential.
· Understand each client's risk profile and investor viability for our products.
· Build rapport with clients, conduct thorough fact-finding, and ask probing questions to understand their individual investor profiles, such as High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investors.
· Attend events and seminars run by the company.
· Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, both independently and as part of a team.
· Accurately label calls and ensure effective CRM management.
Requirements:
· Previous experience of at least 3 years sales experience ideally within the property investment space.
· Proven experience in dealing with High Net Worth clients.
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
· Ability to handle and overcome objections.
· Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

· A consultancy contract with a monthly retainer and an OTE (On Target
Earnings) of £70,000.

Salary: £30,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
