Logistics / Driver Team Leader - Accident Repair Centre - Northampton

• Salary: £28,080
• Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (No weekends contracted)
• Overtime available (all overtime recorded and paid)
• Access to training and development programme

Our client has come to us to find them a new Logistics Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Driver to join a well established bodyshop group in the Northampton area. You'll be responsible for looking after the team of drivers as well as driving yourself.

Ideally you will be an experienced driver, and if you have experience taking care of a team of drivers this will be highly valuable . As logistics team leader, you will be responsible for the management, inspection, and supervision of all the needs of a company or enterprise. You will be responsible to ensure that the product is properly used and coordinate the delivery, procurement, and shipping of goods.

Responsibilities of the Logistics Team Leader:

• Provide a collection and delivery service observing road traffic and delivery regulations.
• Provide professional handover of vehicles including courtesy cars.
• Provide pictures to the workshop of damaged vehicles.
• Maintain safe work practices (training provided)
• Provide excellent customer service when required
• Accurate identification of damage/ pre-existing damage on relevant forms for customer & loan cars.
• Maintenance of driver car-park and workshop.
