Croydon Locality SEND Support Area
Area SENDco
We are seeking to appoint to this successful SEND Early Support Service which provides essential support and advice for all children and young people identified as having special educational needs and / or disabilities at the earliest opportunity.
This role will join the two existing Area SEND Leads and increase capacity in the service.
The role will contribute to the work of CLSS across the localities and will bring expertise in the Early Years and Foundation Stage. The Area SENDCo role will also include supporting the Area SEND Leads in commissioning of additional therapies and services to directly support CYP and schools. Examples include Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists and outreach from experts within special schools as well as supporting the commissioning training and support for SENDCOs, teachers and school support staff.

Salary range: L7 to L11 Outer London £54,990 - £60,308
