Job description
- Participate in completion of daily tasks, while managing the team of Logistic Specialists; to include driving (large vans, up to 3.5 ton), forklift truck operating, and general warehouse duties.
- Organise and plan efficient short and medium-term warehouse operations.
- Help and support in the development of the Logistics service.
- Lead the team’s development and encourage great team spirit.
- Use a data-driven approach to support the continual improvement of the Logistics service.
- Train new staff and ensure sufficient cross cover for the operation.
- Grow, adapt and take new responsibilities in future growth of this position and the whole operation in general.
