Position: Logistics Planner
Location: Barry - CF62 4WB
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:30am - 15:45pm (Friday will be an early finish at 11:30am)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Design effective and robust processes/solutions from inception to implementation
- Manipulate, validate and report on large, complex data sets for decision making
- Confidently lead meetings with DHL management and the customer regarding project progress & implementations
- Effectively communicate with different levels of management within both the DHL and customer working environment
- Work with operational teams to generate and realize continuous improvement

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, essential
- Experience of supply chains, material flows and warehousing
- Experience of delivering projects and/or being part of a project team
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Experience of designing logistics solutions and processes
- CAD experience, desirable
