You've got a proven track record of flawless delivery and you are eager to further your potential. You have a sound knowledge and understanding of all logistical elements of experiential projects, in particular delegate management. You are able to independently manage specific logistics elements of projects and delegate to the more junior team accordingly. You enjoy building client relationships and actively work to create and maintain effective relationships. You are detailed, diligent and focused in every aspect of your work. You encourage younger team members and pride yourself on clear and effective communication. You have a growing network of trusted and reliable contacts who you maintain mutually respectful relationships with. You manage project budgets with commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail. You embrace your work with an unmatched passion and positive energy.

What you'll be doing
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are successfully delivered to the client
- Communicate effectively with the team and client
- Responsible for mid-size and average complexity projects
Client Management
- Participate in the development of solutions that leverage Logistics offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
- Help guide and support the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way
- Ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/ action items
Project and Team Management
- Day to day delegate management of program using registration systems and spreadsheets
- Hotel room inventory control
- Ensure program is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlessly
- Manage program process from inception to execution
- Independently manage event planning components as assigned which may include: food & beverage, housing, transportation, temporary staffing, cleaning, security, registration, sponsorship etc.
- Ensure that the client need is solved by the project deliverables
- Create meeting documentation to ensure all information is communicated to all parties
- Ensure flawless execution of deliverables throughout the entire lifecycle of the project including on site management
- Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job details
Budget Management
- Work with project lead to create program budgets and manage client revenue and reporting
- Manage/mitigate and negotiate third party costs
- Reconcile project costs against budget for your assigned elements
- Provide and monitor cost savings documentation

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. Here's some more generic requirements…
- 3-6 plus years of Logistics experience
- Proficient in all event planning/delegate management aspects
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Cvent would be great but not essential
- Hotel or travel background
- Proficient at Excel
- Pharma Congress experience would be beneficial
