Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full time, temp to perm Press Shop Supervisor to join a busy and expanding company based in the Telford area.

Personal Conduct:
· Punctual and attentive to detail
· Good timekeeping and attendance record
· Flexibility in tasks undertaken within the workplace
· Team player, able to work independently or as part of a team
Skills Required:
· Must be computer literate in all Microsoft packages
· Proactive, motivational and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
· Innovative and well organised
· Manage all production activities on the shop floor and warehouse
· Ensure company procedures and health and safety are being adhered to at all times
· Monitor output and resolve production issues and delays
· Minimum of two years within a manufacturing environment, preferably factory orientated

Hours of work:
08:00am – 16:30pm dependant on business needs
Rate of pay: £28,000 per annum
