About the role
We are looking for a reception team memberto join our team. This position will report to the site manager.
We are looking for a cultural fit and you should show the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a strong team environment. You should show pride in completing work to a high standard, with a good understanding of a customer focused business.

Job Description / Requirements
The Reception Team Member will be the first point of contact for all guests attending the park.
The duties will include but not be limited to:
· Meeting and greeting guests
· Dealing with incoming / outgoing correspondence
· Taking bookings both over the telephone, through website enquiries and via email
· General office administration to include Word, Excel and Outlook
· Customer Service
· Liaise with our central team and external parks as relevant
This is a pivotal role within the organisation and one to make your own! The working environment is both energetic and forward thinking. The Receptionist Team Member will help us continue to wow our customers and ensure all our guests and owners are happy during their time with us.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
· Previous reception experience would be good, but not essential as we can offer relevant training
· Keep calm under pressure
· Bring enthusiasm and positivity to the job

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
