Role Responsibility:
LOGISTICS DRIVER
Salary: £24,440 - £29,029.09 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Location: Cheltenham, GL51 0EX
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to maintaining clearance requirements.

We are looking to recruit a Logistics Driver to join our friendly team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham to collect, carry and deliver a range of items around the site. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week covering various shifts between Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities:
Carry out manual handling tasks.
Complete daily check sheets and operate all vehicles, machinery and equipment appropriate to the task.
Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
Undertake tasks that may incur an overnight stay due to their nature (accommodation will be arranged and subsidised by G4S).
Comply with all site rules, regulations and safe practices affecting Health and Safety.
Provide effective, organised and efficient services with a high level of customer service.
Appropriately wear and maintain PPE.
Carry out vehicle and machinery inspections before use and complete relevant paperwork.
Report all unsafe conditions, damage and near misses to the appropriate person.
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential Criteria:
Current full UK driving licence and willing to train in HGV categories.
1 years HGV driving experience.
Current DCPC card or willing to undergo relevant training.
Current Tachograph card.
Good verbal and written communication.
Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
Desirable Criteria:
FLT License.
