Job Summary
Support the Logistics team in meeting the Logistics and Compliance requirements of Zeeco Europe Ltd,
ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met.

ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Support and meet the daily requirements all Zeeco Departments by sourcing cost effective
- Manage and utilize reporting / booking tools and databases to support data collection for
- Liaise and negotiate with 3rd party logistics providers to obtain best rates and service levels.
- Hi-light, record and action any carrier issues.
- Manage freight shipments to ensure on time collection and delivery, meeting the requirements
- Work closely with all Departments to ensure shipping documentation is accurate and Customs
- Liaise with local Chamber of Commerce to apply for shipping certs.
- Support operational aspects of the freight pay process in order to close out and process invoices
utilizing sage software.
- Communicate any shipping / transportation issues to All / Relevant Department.
- Identify and support cost reduction initiatives, support cross functional initiatives within
- Support preparation of month end reporting.
- Assist & participate in freight /transportation service provider review meetings.
- Assist & participate in internal meetings with Project Managers to understand Logistics
Skills & Qualities
- Motivated to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent attention to detail required to understand Logistics requirements and completion of
- Supply Chain / Logistics experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Some knowledge and experience in National and International Transportation would be
- Good Verbal/Written Communication skills. Ability to communicate and cooperate cross
- Forward critical thinking to identify potential issues / gaps in processes
- Microsoft skills mandatory, predominately excel.
- Must be within 1 hour drive from LE15 7QT
