- A super organised Administrator
- A logistical and practical thinker with a love for systems and operations
- Some experience in finance related administration

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
- Supporting the Director of Live and wider teams to keep operations and systems running like clockwork
- With support from the wider team, keep an understanding of projects that are flowing through the business
- Manage and maintain project and budget data in Streamtime, setting up projects and ensuring all supplier information is correct and up to date
- A mend all project budget updates daily in Streamtime to ensure they are accurate and consistent
- Raise purchase orders and expense requests
- Support with day-to-day operations, finance and project related admin ensuring all paperwork / admin is accurate and detailed
- Keep our supplier and freelancer databases up to date
- Build relationships with existing suppliers, sourcing quotes and estimates as required
- Support producers on projects - from sourcing venues, props or furniture, to arranging shipments and couriers
- Act as production support onsite where required, particularly during event builds
- Take responsibility for all deliveries and orders
- Represent Us Experiential as the first point of contact for general enquiries
- Make arrangements and bookings for meetings, hotels, cars and restaurants
- Look after our lovely London studio (to be), and along with the wider team, keeping it a fun and welcoming place to work
- Champion sustainability and environmental considerations across all areas of the business
- Ask questions and input constructive feedback where relevant
- Attend 3 month review sessions to discuss ambitions, development, goals and achievements and share and receive feedback on progress with Director of Live
- Set 3 goals for each year to achieve with the Director of Live

SYSTEMS
It would be a great if you already are familiar with Google Suite & Excel
Streamtime would be a bonus but not necessary
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Holiday allowance per annum:
- 20 days annual leave
- 8 bank holidays
- Plus Christmas shutdown (5 days for 2023)
- Plus an additional day paid holiday for your birthday
Working hours:
Working hours will be standard office times however due to the nature of the business, some after hours, weekend work and travel may occasionally be required
Location:
The role is currently remote and will be relocating to studio space in East London late Spring
Salary:
Salary £24 - £28k dependant on experience | 3 month probation
